We expedite orders Mon-Thu at ca 11am. Any orders made on these days before 9am will be handed over to our shipping partner on the same day.

All non-subscription products have a 3 year warranty.

All subscription products have an unlimited warranty, we only need the broken product back and we send you a new one.

If subscription item is bought out, the 3 year warranty applies since the buyout date, not the start of the subscription.
